本政策说明坡晓馒线上下单与会员服务（poxiaoman.com）如何收集、使用和保护您的个人资料，依据新加坡《个人资料保护法（PDPA）》。This policy explains how PO XIAO MAN's online ordering & membership service (poxiaoman.com) collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with Singapore's PDPA.

1. 我们收集的信息 Information we collect

Google 账号基本资料：当您选择「使用 Google 登录」时，我们仅接收您的姓名与电子邮箱地址。Google basic profile — your name and email address — only when you choose "Sign in with Google".
WhatsApp / 手机号：用于创建会员、接收订单与取餐通知。Your WhatsApp / mobile number, to create your membership and send order notifications.
订单与会员数据：下单内容、储值余额、优惠码使用、（如选配送）收货地址。Order details, stored-value balance, promo usage, and delivery address if applicable.

2. 我们如何使用 How we use it

处理与履行您的订单、管理会员账号与储值余额。To process orders and manage your membership & stored value.
通过 WhatsApp 发送订单确认、取餐/配送与预定提醒。To send order, pickup/delivery and reminder notifications via WhatsApp.
识别并保障账号安全、防止滥用。To identify your account and prevent abuse.

3. Google 登录 Google Sign-In

使用 Google 登录时，本应用仅读取您的 Google 基本资料（姓名、邮箱），用于创建和识别您的会员账号。不会访问您的任何其它 Google 数据（不涉及 Google Drive、Gmail、通讯录或日历），也绝不将您的信息出售或用于广告。
When you sign in with Google, the app reads only your basic Google profile (name and email) to create and identify your membership account. It does not access any other Google data (no Drive, Gmail, Contacts, or Calendar), and never sells your information or uses it for advertising.

4. 共享对象 Who we share with

支付处理：在线支付由 Stripe 处理；我们不存储您的完整银行卡号。Online payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
通知：订单通知通过 WhatsApp（Meta）发送，需向其提供您的手机号与消息内容。Order notifications are sent via WhatsApp (Meta).
如您选择配送，我们会向配送方提供必要的收货信息。我们不向无关第三方出售您的个人资料。We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

5. 储存与安全 Storage & security

数据存储于 Cloudflare 的边缘数据库（D1）；我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护您的资料。储值与会员相关数据保留期限见《条款与细则》。Data is stored in Cloudflare's edge database (D1) with reasonable safeguards. Retention follows our Terms.

6. 您的权利 Your rights

您可以要求查阅、更正或删除您的个人资料，或撤回 Google 账号的关联。请通过下方联系方式提出，我们会在合理时间内处理。You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or to unlink your Google account, via the contact below.
